## 介绍 Introduction
欢迎使用 openEuler LLVM 平行宇宙计划面向 openEuler 24.03 LTS SP1 的预览版本！
本项目是软件所 OERV 团队和华为毕昇编译器团队于 2023 年 3 月在 RISC-V SIG 和 Compiler SIG 的支持下，在 openEuler 社区发起的一个探索性项目，对应 openEuler 社区演进提案 OEEP003 号。
其主要目标是通过社区化的方式，使用 LLVM 套件作为 C/C++/Fortran 的编译器替代传统的 GCC 套件，构建 Linux 发行版及其软件包，以此推动 LLVM 工具链在 openEuler 社区的广泛应用。

Welcome to the 24.03 SP1 Preview Release of the openEuler LLVM Parallel Universe Project!
This project is an exploratory initiative launched by the OERV team and the Bisheng Compiler team in March 2023, with the support of the RISC-V & Compiler SIGs of the openEuler community. It corresponds to the openEuler community evolution proposal OEEP003.
The main goal of this project is to promote the wide adoption of the LLVM toolchain in the openEuler community through community-driven efforts, using LLVM as the compiler for C, C++ and Fortran to build the entire Linux distribution and its packages, thereby replacing the traditional GCC suite.
